From You Flowers, LLC, has entered into a five year lease with options to renew in excess of $600,000 at 141 Mill Rock Road, East, in The Old Saybrook Business Park in Old Saybrook, CT. The space is a large office and telephone call center which will be totally renovated for From You Flowers’ use. From You Flowers sells flowers, floral bouquets, and the like for all occasions and holidays through the internet. Michael Chapin is the Principal. While trying to expand their business yet remain in the Old Saybrook area, From You Flowers found that The Old Saybrook Business Park with its 8 buildings was the only place where their large parking requirement and constantly expanding business could be accommodated.
