2,500 SF at 764 East Main Street, Branford. The Tenant is Fabrique, Ltd. The Tenant will use the space for the East Coast Regional Headquarters for their women’s accessories brand. The Landlord is Massey Properties, LLC. Kristin Geenty was the broker for the Landlord. Ashley Orahood Pushee of Keller Williams Prestige Properties in Stamford was the agent for the Tenant.
