Faces Behind The Name
Agents at the Geenty Group, Realtors have undergone extensive training and education programs in pursuit of their careers and continue to study new laws, financing parameters and options, as well as, ethics training and all matters relating to social and fiduciary responsibilities. Individually, they have been recognized by their peers for contributions to the Real Estate Marketplace, as well as by the community at large. Kevin Geenty, S.I.O.R., President of The Geenty Group, Realtors, is also very pleased that all the agents at Geenty are members of The Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

Kevin Geenty | Vice President, SIOR
Division for much of the 80’s; Acted as Director, Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors in 1984 and 1985 and was elected Director of the Connecticut Association of Realtors in 1987. He also spent 1983, 1984 and 1985 as the President of the New Haven Regional Chapter of CT C.I.D.
His experience extends to Real Estate Appraisal. He has authored many articles for business trades and has testified before the Superior Court in the State of CT about Residential, Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Valuation as well as marketing Practices. Kevin takes great pride in his involvement with S.I.O.R. over the past Twenty years and served as the President of the Connecticut Chapter of S.I.O.R. in 1993 & 1994 (for S.I.O.R. information see the FAQ ).

Kristin Geenty | President, SIOR
with awards for the Largest Office Transaction in the association, as well as the most challenging transaction. Kristin is Past President of the 105 member New Haven CID. She was recently designated a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, an international group of highly achieving brokers who have a minimum of five years in the Commercial Real Estate business, a quantifiable track record and higher real estate education in fields of study specific to building practices, ethics and build-to-suit investment strategies.Kristin has contributed to “New England Real Estate Journal”, writing pieces about New Haven County’s Office and Industrial markets, as well as future trends. She has also contributed to “Business New Haven” and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and the New Haven Symphony Orchestra.
